Cost to hire:
- Includes equipment preparation, installation, pack down, and routine cleaning.
- Covers up to 6 hours use.
Hire Times:
*In accordance with safety regulations and for the protection of our equipment we do not set up or pack down during dark/night time hours.
- We require at least 60 minutes to set up and 60 minutes to pack down. We will arrive at least one hour prior to your party start time so that we are set up and ready on time.- Earliest delivery availability is 8:00am | Latest delivery availability is 3:00pm.
- Latest available pack down/collection is 6:00pm during winter months OR 8:00pm for indoor venues. Additional hour until 9:00pm is $40.
- Latest collection availability during summer months is 8:00pm.
- When you proceed to book you will be asked to enter the hire start time, hire finish time, and venue access times if applicable.
- We will do our best to accommodate requested times and will confirm times prior to the event date.
Overnight availability:
- Only for venues that can be locked securely.
- Overnight fee is an additional $150.
Suitability:
- Children aged 5 years and under. A maximum of 6 children can use the inflatable at one time. Adult supervision is required at all times and caution must be taken when children of different ages and sizes are using the inflatable at the same time.
- Can be set up on most level surfaces except: wet, very dusty, sand, mud, or loose gravel.
- Will not be set up near heat sources such as heaters, BBQ's, or fire pits.
- We can set up indoors or outdoors depending on weather. Please see our Hire Information for cancellation policies. None of our equipment is designed to be used in wet conditions. We encourage party planners to have a Plan B or hire a venue - that way the party can proceed rain or shine.
Playtime Rules:
- Adult supervision at all times.
- No food or liquids.
- No face-paint (this permanently stains equipment), silly string, or glitter.
- Footwear must be removed, adults too! Heels permanently damage our foam flooring tiles. We encourage the use of non-slip socks for better hygiene.
- Adults can assist children on bouncy castles but no more than one adult at a time.
- Neglectful use causing damage to equipment will result in loss of bond.
High quality service:
- The equipment hired will be set up adhering to strict safety regulations.
- Bouncy castles will be securely tethered and/or anchored.
- 2cm thick foam flooring will be supplied with all soft play and around entrances/exits of bouncy castles.
- Equipment will be presented clean and sanitized.
