We retain client's information for two years at which point we securely destroy it by securely erasing all digital copies.

Specifically, our website management and booking network, the Bouncy Castle Network/Booking Online Ltd, is based in the United Kingdom. Accordingly data obtained within the New Zealand may be “processed” outside New Zealand and data obtained in any other country may be processed within or outside that country. We also currently use PayPal for payment processing.
